By accessing or using the Lapster mobile application and website (lapster.me) operated by Lapster Racing ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must sign in via Google or Apple to use Lapster. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree to use Lapster only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of content you create (custom tracks, session data, profile information). By using Lapster, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.
The Lapster name, logo, and application are the property of Lapster Racing. You may not use our branding without written permission. The service and its original content (excluding user content) remain our exclusive property.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lapster at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Lapster is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that GPS data will be perfectly accurate. Track session data is for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lapster Racing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Lapster after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
