Lapster records lap times with:
Sessions recorded on a RaceBox are downloaded from the device's memory, so you can ride first and sync later.
Lap times need a start/finish line. If the track is not in our library yet, open the session and create a custom track from it — place the start/finish line on the map and your laps are detected from the ride you already recorded.
For Mini S and Micro, check that Bluetooth is on and that the device is not still connected to another phone or to the RaceBox app. For Pro, join its Wi-Fi network first, then open Lapster.
Yes. Export a CSV from the RaceBox app or web app and import it from the Lapster home screen. Re-importing the same file is safe — it will not create duplicates.
Lap times depend on where the start/finish line sits. If the line is slightly off, edit the track and the times for every session on it are recalculated from the GPS you already recorded.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deleting it removes your profile, sessions and laps from our servers.

Email lapster.me@gmail.com with what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help. If the app crashed, tell us roughly when — crash reports are timestamped and we can match yours.
